The Iruyo Intelligent Puppet has been created in collaboration between the Nissan automotive brand and the Akachan Honpo baby product retailer as a solution to help parents calm little ones in the car. The robotic puppet works by being installed into the rear with the child in their car seat and connects to the Baby Iruyo receiver in the front with the parent driver. The puppet will entertain the child with movements and songs, while also allowing the parent to communicate with them without having to take their eyes off the road.
The Iruyo Intelligent Puppet is a concept product at present, but is being demonstrated at the Akachan Honpo store in LaLaport Yokohama from February 10 to 11, 2024.
