The iPhone Theater may look like a retro virtual reality device, but it actually offers a mini movie watching experience--which, let's face it, is very similar to virtual reality. The iPhone Theater is made up of a pair of quality headphones that have a unique movable attachment. This attachment, which lifts up when not in use and pulls done when in use, holds the users iPhone in order to provide a more visually immersive experience. It is also adjustable to allow for optimal vision distance.
Conceived by Mike Enayah, a designer based in Farmington Hills, Miami, the iPhone Theater was designed with the iPhone 5 specs in mind. Dubbed GrabCAD, the iPhone Theater basically scales the iPhone screen to the same size as a movie theater screen. It is perfect for train rides and flights.
