The Innit app is already available on iTunes and Google Play, but the revolutionary home cooking app has just stepped up its game by integrating full Google Assistant support. This all-in-one app allows users to take stock of their kitchen inventory, and allows for simple planning and meal recommendations. The app also allows for integration with certain kitchen appliances giving users full read outs and can alert users when timers go off.
Innit's recent addition of Google Assistant was announced at CES 2018 and will now give user full voice command over the app and the appliances linked to it. Innit has already partnered with GE on Bosh's new series of Wi-Fi ovens, and with Google Assistant all the features of the appliances can be controlled using voice commands. This integration of apps notes a growing trend in appliances as Wi-Fi connect appliances are becoming more and more common. The Innit app and Google Voice Assistant will also work with Google Home, but the device is not necessary for full use of the Assistant features.
