As a part of this year's I/O developer conference, Google noted that it allows users more control to transition their first-generation Indoor Nest camera along with the Nest Cam Outdoor devices online. It will transition from the old Nest app to the new Home app platform.
Users are then able to manage the camera model through the Home app and the public preview iteration and note that it will take a few weeks as it makes its way throughout all users.
