Amazon will be rolling out in-car delivery options to Honda owners, by providing access to Key by Amazon. This would allow users the ability to send packages directly into the trunk of their car. Users who wish to access the in-car delivery service will have to meet certain conditions to be eligible.
Firstly, the car has to one of a few Honda makes, which includes the Accord Hybrid, Insight, Passport, Pilot and lastly Odyssey trims. These models are supported due to the fact that they HondaLink's Remote Services, so delivery personnel can open the car to place Amazon orders into.
Users will also have to have a prime account and live in one of the 50 cities that will have the program.
