illy Caffè Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro is Mindful

The illy Caffè Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro has been announced by the brand in celebration of International Coffee Day as its first product from regenerative agriculture and that's regenagri certified. The coffee was made with the Federation of Cerrado Mineiro producers and follows regenerative agriculture best practices to support a high-quality product that doesn't come at the expense of the environment. The cultivation process thus starts off with the proper nourishment of the plants, the natural regeneration of the coil and an increase in biodiversity when it comes to ground cover as well as soil dynamics.

CEO Cristina Scocchia spoke on the new illy Caffè Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro coffee saying, "The Arabica Selection Brazil Cerrado Mineiro is the result of the relationship we have built over the years with coffee producers and the Federation of Producers of Cerrado Mineiro. We have shared the urgency of finding a solution to the effects of climate change. Aware that this challenge can only be overcome by joining forces, we have identified the best techniques for ecosystem adaptation, mitigation, and regeneration, producing the first 100% Arabica coffee sourced from certified regenerative agriculture, as certified by regenagri®."
