Pharrell’s Ice Cream Clothing Line Collaborates with SpongeBob

Entrepreneur, fashion guru and musician Pharrell Williams has teamed up with Nickelodeon for the BBC Ice Cream SpongeBob Squarepants fashion collection. The collaboration with streetwear and children’s television is a bit bizarre, but the collection is actually quite appealing.

The line is small, simply featuring tees and crewnecks. Graphics include SpongeBob and Patrick rocking the signature crossed bones, splattered with the iconic ICECREAM logo underneath. While the actual idea of crossing hip hop culture with children’s television seems strange, the vibrant colors of the two brands mesh perfectly.

Moreover, BBC Ice Cream has been known for its higher-end streetwear, so expect tees to run for around $50 and crewnecks for just under $100. The official release is on September 10th in SoHo NYC, or you can order online through the BBC store.
