Denim Cityscape Art

Ian Berry Art Creates Blue Hued Urban Scenes

Ian Berry art re-purposes otherwise discarded denim and turns it into glorified masterpieces.

Berry came up with the idea of manifesting paintings out of denim from a trip back home where he found a pile of jeans. He manipulates the fabric to create color-blocked scenes. The art works are absolutely astonishing and range in different shades of blue from dark indigo to acid wash. Berry transforms normal scenes by adding a textural element and experimenting with techniques such as cutting, pasting, gluing and making stencils. The final product of the strenuous labor is some incredible cityscapes made of inventive materials.

Ian Berry art is changing the denim game and proving no item can go to waste.
