Zapp launched its high-performance, no-compromises i300 e-scooter on its website. Originally announced in 2018, this scooter has gained a lot of attention leading up to its release not only for its design but also for its impressive, no-comprimises specifications.
The Zapp i300 achieves a top speed of over 100 km/hr, which it can accelerate to in only 4.8 seconds. On top of this, the scooter has a maximum range of approximately 65 kilometers, meaning it is perfect for quick, short rides such as commuting to work or home. While its battery capacity may seem short, the scooter boasts the ability to charge to full in under 40 minutes on any regular outlet, meaning it does not require dedicated EV charging stations on a commute. This makes it an excellent option for longer trips as it can be charged at nearly any location.
The Zapp i300 is available now at Zapp's online store in a variety of models and colorways. The models mostly differ in terms of smart features and materials, such as carbon or aluminum.
