Boutique fashion label Merrell 1TRL has announced the launch of the 'Hyrdo Runner,' a futuristic-looking sneaker that builds on the brand's previously launched 'Hydro Moc.' The new shoe blends the design elements of the Hydro Moc while introducing Merrell's new trail-specific footwear technology.
In order to keep debris from getting inside the sneaker, a breathable mesh material was added to the Hydro Runner's uppers, which themselves are made of lightweight EVA foam. On the bottom, a Merrell outsole made of grippy rubber completes the shoe's irregular shape while delivering extra traction and grip. What's more, the runner is equally at home on concrete as it is in the water, thanks to its creative design and high-tech materials.
Interested consumers can purchase a pair of these far-out sneakers on Merrell 1TRL's website.
