Tug Can Deliver Food and Medicine to Patients

Tug is an autonomous hospital robot that's completing simple or mundane duties, so that doctors and nurses can spend more time focusing on more demanding tasks and patient care.

Tug is capable of autonomously moving around a hospital, delivering food or medicine to patients, by following a programmed checklist. The checklist, which is set-up by the hospital staff can be altered to reflect the urgency of each task, informing Tug of what matters are time sensitive.

Tug features a more machine-like facade, appearing to look more like a photocopier on wheels, than a robot. This design was intentional as the machine's integrated box, which can hold large quantities of medicine or food, can be swapped out, to cater to the unique needs of each facility.
