Although the Honey Bowl may seen like something that fell from an alien vessel, when taking into account its name, a less eerie perspective is adopted. It does look more like a honeycomb, with honey actually in it.
Created by Candra Lynn Provenzano, the Honey Bowl was created to be both lightweight and inexpensive. According to her profile on Coroflot, the Honey Bowl is fashioned out of "cardboard honey comb and vacuum formed acetate. No glue is used in the making process allowing each material to be recycled separately."
