Homesafely or more appropriately #Homesafely is an automobile initiative that was created by Transport Accident Commission in Australia. The TAC partnered with the 20 Big Bash League teams as well as Melbourne Victory to spread the word about safe driving so that citizens would be able to make it home to their loved ones.
Family members, friends and relatives are able to go to the Homesafely website and submit the message they would like to deliver to the person out driving on the road. They may pick whether they want it to be displayed on a billboard space near their residence or over the radio station their loved one tunes into.
The TAC hopes that its car safety initiative will encourage Victorians to slow down and pay attention to the road.
