The conceptual 'Dab' holter ECG/EKG device has been created to offer hospital patients with a new way to stay connected without having to maintain a wired experience during their stay.
Featuring a non-invasive design that can be easily applied to the body using a simple gel patch, the device can be reused over and over to eliminate the need to throw out the equipment after every use. This decreases waste, while the wireless design ensures readings are always captured to prevent patients from accidentally unhooking. The unit will provide accurate heart readings at all times and only requires wireless recharging every so often to keep it operational.
The conceptual 'Dab' holter ECG/EKG is the design work of Adam Miklosi and is the winner of the A’ Design Award and the Asia Design Prize for 2018.
