Streetwear label Stüssy and legendary hip-hop group Gang Starr have announced an upcoming collaboration of a hip-hop-inspired apparel collection. The Brooklyn-based group Gang Starr consists of members DJ Premier and Guru, who have released seven full-length LPs and contributed to hip-hop culture in New York. The apparel collection also honors the 50th-anniversary celebration of hip-hop.
The apparel collection will be set to feature a variety of t-shirts and other apparel pieces that highlight Gang Starr's most iconic albums, songs, and lyrics, such as "Take It Personal" and "Daily Operation," which both song and album were released back in 1992. Additionally, the apparel collection will also feature several fan-favorite images of the group. The Stüssy and Gangstarr collaborative apparel collection will be available on April 7.
