As far as video glasses are concerned, the world has of yet only seen ridiculous designs which made you look like something out of ‘RoboCop.’ But alas, Vuzix is releasing a pair of super-smart Vuzix Wrap 920AV glasses.
I am not very clued up on cutting-edge technology, but these video-enabled glasses don’t look too bad--a bit action-film-like, mind you, but that is a cool look, especially if you are snowboarding or participating in Tour de France.
The specs feature virtual reality abilities and are connectible with almost any media player. They include built-in headphones and individual focal adjustments. The price on a pair of these bad boys is unknown, but it will probably all be revealed at CES shortly.
