Norwegian furniture imprint works in collaboration with three design studios including Hunting & Narud, Big-Game, and Anderssen & Voll to help design that Håg Tion chair. It is a custom task seating solution that is made from recycled materials. The Håg Tion is designed around the idea of hybrid working and has a pared-back shape with custom features that are able to change and cater to different environments.
The studio talks about the design to Dezeen, stating "It was important that we create a chair that had universal appeal and that fulfilled the essentials of an office chair with a tilting mechanism, height adjustments and wheels [...] With the focus being materiality, we wanted a chair that reflects only the essentials. It is not meant to compete with other task chairs with full adjustability where you can sit for days on end. It is designed with our modern workflow in mind, [which involves] changing tasks throughout a diverse work day."
