The Hex Restaurant is Set in a Modernized Dark-Brick Townhouse

Taking its name from all of the women who sat trial as witches, the Hex Restaurant is set beside a 16th-century building that housed multiple trials.

Dutch chef Annemiek Wils created the restaurant inside a classic four-storey brick townhouse that offers bright and loft-like interiors, all reimagined and modernized by local Studio Piet Boon. The dark stone floors set the mood for the garden walls that add a pop of bright contrast to the space. All of the tables feature a marble top, surrounded by a bright yellow color scheme that creates a handsome aesthetic to pair perfectly with the menu.

The unique menu changes every six weeks, making the Hex Restaurant a spot to visit regularly for a different experience with every visit.
