Revamped Traditional Planters

The Herb Terracotta Pot Takes on a Geometrical Aesthetic

I have to say that I have always been a fan of traditional planters because of the classic, clean look that they often portray, yet that doesn't mean I am at all opposed to the Herb terracotta pot. By re-imagining the traditional terracotta pot, it gives it a fresh look without compromising its practical purpose or complementary existence. The Herb terracotta pot still acts as the perfect foil for the plant it holds.

Designed by Nick Fraser, the Herb terracotta pot takes on a geometric shape that makes it look more like some kind of clay rock. Due to its irregular shape, each pot looks different from the other, making them look handmade.

The Herb terracotta pot is currently on display at London’s Clerkenwell Design Week.
