The Heckler SL is a lightweight eMTB that combines a full carbon frame, a Fazua Ride 60 motor, and a mullet wheel setup. The frame is available in two carbon grades, C and CC, and features the VPP suspension design with 150mm of rear travel and a 160mm fork. The Fazua Ride 60 motor provides up to 60Nm of torque and 450W of peak power and is powered by a 430Wh battery that is integrated into the downtube. The motor also has a Boost function that delivers extra power when needed. The Heckler SL has a mixed-wheel setup, with a 29-inch front wheel and a 27.5-inch rear wheel, to balance stability and agility.
The Heckler SL comes in five models, ranging from $10,999 AUD to $19,499 AUD. The models differ in the drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and wheel components. The Heckler SL C R base model features an SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, a RockShox Lyrik Base fork, a FOX Float Performance shock, and SRAM Guide RE brakes. The top model, the Heckler SL CC XX AXS RSV, features an SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS 12-speed drivetrain, a RockShox Lyrik Ultimate fork, a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate shock, and SRAM Code RSC brakes. The Heckler SL will be available in the UK, Europe, and Australia in October 2023.
