Furry Feline Jewelry

The Hairball Jewelry Collection is One of a Kind

In honor of National Hairball Awareness Day, Moderncat decided to pay tribute in a unique way through their hairball jewelry collection.

To create these one-of-a-kind pieces, Moderncat blogger enlisted the help of jewelry designer Heidi Abrahamson and of course, some feline companions. To create the furred balls, the cat lover used the Furminator, a unique brush that avoids knotty messes. Once that task was completed, the fur was hand-rolled and stayed together through interlocking, which created a felt-like piece. The hairball jewelry designer Heidi Abrahamson then created the custom acccessories with silver pieces.

The hairball jewelry collection is completely unique and original. If you'd like to get your own paws on these cute cat baubles, the furry feline pieces are available through custom order.
