Samsung is introducing a wellness gym pop-up in London with the aid of mental health advocate and broadcaster Katie Piper to provide a destination that's "designed for life, not just working out."
Knowing that a high percentage of people find gym experiences intimidating, Samsung created a safe space to eliminate "gym-timidation." The Galaxy Life Gym hosts uplifting, mood-boosting experiences that help people take ownership of health and wellness on their own terms. Equipped with a Samsung Galaxy Watch4, guests will get to monitor their heart rate and see the calories they've burned. There are four zones that people can move through on-site: the Weight(less) zone, the Joy room, the Groove room and the Burger bar, which offers multi-colored burgers, salads and smoothies.
