This guest home looks like a cross between a fairy tale cottage and a modern tiny house.
The guest home was designed by 'Avava Systems' and despite the fact that it features all the necessary home amenities, it was made up of only 64 flat-packed components. Upon setup, the prefabricated guest house reveals a tiny 264 square foot space that has a bedroom, a work area, a small eating space, a kitchen, a fully functioning bathroom and even a porch. The house takes only six weeks to assemble and uses water collection, insulation and solar energy as a way to remain friendly to the environment.
This guest home is perfect for people looking to provide a living space for visitors that has a minimal impact on the environment.
