Google released a VERY useful new feature for their Gmail users which prevents them from sending embarrassing late-night emails. You know those ones you regret in the morning, we have all been there, and thankfully Google has too.
If active, the Google Mail Goggles force the user to solve a series of math problems before allowing any messages to be sent. They are not difficult questions usually, but are impossible if drunk.
The service is set, by default, to only kick in on weekend nights. For those who like to drink mid-week, those setting can be changed. I always get wasted on Thursdays.
As for drunk dialing and texting, for now, you’re still on your own.
