Lay's and Lionel Messi Partner to Launch G.O.A.T. Cheese Flavor Series

Iconic potato chip brand Lay's has teamed up with world-renowned soccer player Lionel Messi to launch the limited-edition Lay's® G.O.A.T. Cheese Flavor Series. According to the company, the new flavor offering aims to celebrate the "greatest of all time," hence the acronym G.O.A.T.

The new chip flavor will kick off the brand's global soccer campaign, further building on its already existing partnership with the UEFA Champions League. The new packaging series will include three cheesy flavors: Cheddar Jalapeño, Queso & Pimienta, and Caramelized Onion.

"I've worked with Lay's for many years now, and of course been featured on their packaging. But this is new level. I am so excited Lay's was able to make this happen for fans and hope they can get their hands on one of Lay's G.O.A.T. bags!" said Lionel Messi in a recent press release.
