The Go Local Pasta Range Has Been Created by Parfetts in the UK

The Go Local pasta range has been launched by Parfetts in the UK as part of the retailer's expansion of its Italian-inspired food lineup to provide consumers with some low-cost options to enhance their meals. The product range consists of three products including Spaghetti, Fusilli and Penne, which each come in 500-gram price-marked packs for £1.19 each. The pastas come in cases of 12 for the Spaghetti, while the Fusilli and Penne come in cases with six packs and are great for retailers to stock as a way to satisfy demand for accessible food products.

Trading Director Gurms Athwal spoke on the Go Local pasta range saying, "Retail data shows that in 2021/2022, an average of 86g of pasta was consumed per person per week in UK households, making it a mealtime winner. The Go Local dried pasta range provides consumers with the most popular pasta shape varieties and exceptional value through clearly marked pricing while offering retailers significant profit margins."
