Adding to its already expansive industry-leading audio software library, Softube has introduced a new digital plug-in to its suite: the Chandler Limited® Germanium Compressor.
Modeled on Chandler Limited® analog hardware products, Softube's Germanium Compressor encapsulates all of the unique character subtleties in a meticulously recreated emulation.
More than a compressor, the plug-in is capable of EQ, saturation, distortion and transient design to sculpt any passing signal. Each of the compressor's settings are finely tuned for real-world use, partnered with FET gain reduction for controlled harmonics, and multiple different diode combinations for style and option variation. Exclusive to the plug-in, Softube also included Mid/Side Processing and External Sidechain options for greater versatility and mix control.
The Chandler Limited® Germanium Compressor is currently available for the discounted price of $199 USD on Softube's company website, and normally retails for $249.
