The Generic Surplus Borstal Shoe is Born From Southern California

The Generic Surplus Borstal shoe is the latest release from the brand’s collaboration with LA artist Steve Harrington. The shoe comes in three different colors: orange, blue and white. Each of these is printed with a pattern that looks like a mix of tribal print and the opening graphics from ‘Saved By the Bell.’ It's a fun and unique pattern that is still wearable.

The Generic Surplus Borstal shoe also features a tonal suede patch at the back of the shoe. The insole of the shoe is printed with some graphics too, because you want your shoes to look good even when they are not on your feet.

The shoes are available in the Generic Surplus online store and in retail stores now.
