ASICS' Gel-Flexkee 2.0 Sneakers is Developed from Science

ASICS is always producing progressive sneakers and one of the latest to drop from the brand is the Gel-Flexkee 2.0 sneaker model. It is backed by the brand's ASICS Institute of Sport Science, which is also known as Sport Science -- it was first founded in 1985.

This is where the brand creates its rugged trail shoes and other super shoes but its latest work centers around skateboarding. The Gel-Flexkee 2.0 is a skateboard show that is essentially an elevated version of the iconic OTTO 958 collaboration. It was developed with science backing it up, exploring and analyzing the authentic movements of skaters to create a shoe that optimizes performance and comfort with each step.

It has a sleek form with beige suede materials making up the upper further contrasted by black detail including the stitching on the heel and the 3D-molded PU toe guard that travels over the sole and through the front section. The toe guard helps with board grip whilst protecting the wearer.
