ASICS works in collaboration with Kiko Kostadinov on a new footwear model that boasts hybrid designs entitled the GEL-Aurania. The sneaker arrives in two colorway options for the season and it a perfect embodiment of the Bulgarian designer's aesthetics and ASICS' athletic sensibilities.
The first of the two colorway options is an earthy option, whereas the second one features emerald green with gray accents as a touch of contrast. The uppers are reminiscent of the familiar Skysensor Slash JJ model due to the specific tooling of the signature GEL-Quantum Infinity Jin. The Skysensor Slash JJ is further referenced at the lacing system. It boasts racing elements as the laces can be tightened and adjusted using only one hand.
