This pocket-sized gadget allows its users to play 8-bit games in addition to creating their very own. Much like the gamer-friendly business card, the Arduboy game system features a nine-hour rechargeable battery life. All games already within the system are free and subject to user customization. However, if users wish to create their own unique game there are free online tutorials that will aid in software development. The retro black and white screen further promotes customization as it provokes users to use their imagination while gaming and/or creating games.
With $800 over the brand's set Kickstarter goal, the Arduboy game system is set to launch this coming October.
