Volleback introduces its impressive new Full Metal Jacket made from copper materials, optimizing all of its advanced benefits. The idea of a copper-crafted jacket may imagine a more hefty look and feel but it is quite the opposite in reality. It uses 11 kilometers of copper for each jacket with rods of electrolytic industrial copper that pass through a machine constantly and turn them into thin strands of copper.
The yarn is used to layer together with thin finishings of lacquer before it undergoes a curing process that lasts 6 days. After this, it is laminated with an elevated waterproof membrane dubbed c_change®, which is notably breathable as well. The Full Metal Jacket is crafted from "59.5% copper, 20% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, and 0.5% other metals."
