In January 2023, timepiece maker G-SHOCK will be marking the 30th anniversary of its Frogman watch with a bold iteration. Named the GWF-A1000APF-1AJR, the new model draws aesthetic inspiration from a South American poison dart frog for a truly deadly design.
The soon-to-be-released Frogman watch features a durable carbon case that is adorned with multiple colors. The black base is accented by alternating blue and red stripes. To note the anniversary physically on the body of the watch, G-SHOCK includes a "30th Frogman" engraving on the case's back. The timepiece is anti-magnetic, as well as impact- and water-resistant. It boasts Tough Solar charging and Bluetooth connectivity. It also has a "Multi-Band 6 for automatic radio time adjustments."
The GWF-A1000APF-1AJR by G-SHOCK is scheduled for release in Japan and will retail for approximately $1,044 USD.
