This Impossible Foods Foodservice Concept is at XMarket in Chicago

This Impossible Foods foodservice concept has been launched by the brand as a pop-up at the XMarket Food Hall in Chicago as a new experience for consumers that's focused on plant-based eats. The pop-up restaurant, titled Impossible Quality Meats, showcases dishes made with Impossible Meats to provide diners with a meat-free experience, which includes such options as the Impossible Breakfast Sausage Sandwich, Impossible Chicago Style Hot Dog and more. The food stall will make its official debut August 13 and be open through Fall 2024, and will also provide Oatly Soft Serve as a dessert option to maximize the plant-based experience.

President and CEO Peter McGuinness spoke on the Impossible Foods foodservice concept saying, "With Impossible Quality Meats, we wanted to offer diners a fun way to experience our food. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, we leaned into classic craveable dishes people love – like nachos, smash burgers, and chili cheese dogs. Choosing meat from plants shouldn’t feel like a compromise. It’s great-tasting food, plain and simple."
