The Conceptual 'Alone' Food Waste Processor Prevents Odors

The conceptual 'Alone' food waste processor has been designed by Designer Dot and Hyeona Cho as a solution for the modern kitchen to help make it more eco-friendly. The unit features a triangular design that could be easily positioned into the corner of a room in order to save space and eliminate the need to keep it on a countertop. Chefs can easily dispose of food scraps into the unit to help start the composting process to transform waste into nutrient-rich fertilizer in as little as 30 days.

The conceptual 'Alone' food waste processor is also equipped with a HEPA system and an activated carbon filter that will work in tandem to keep odors as well as microorganisms from making their way into the kitchen space.
