Systematic Snack Containers

The Food Conservation Project Proposes a Fresh Means of Storing Meals

Especially when it comes to edibles like salad and fruit, the majority of dishes (such as your snap-lid containers) do not do a particularly good job of making the preparation process faster, nor do they facilitate great effectiveness of preservation. The Food Conservation project was undertaken by Matthieu Nollet over the course of just two days, in which time he came up with an answer that could save others time in the kitchen.

What we have here is a rectangular plastic container with handles on either side. Designed to be set into this is a perforated compartment that functions as a colander. You can rinse your snacks directly in this, place it into its accompanying box and seal the unit closed with a locking lid. The inner gap between the holders encourages drainage and airflow to improve food conservation.
