Inspired by nature, the Foerster Table looks like a low forest, similar to the trees found in the distance of Saharan sunset photos. The table top stretches out like the level leaves while the legs branch out like interconnected trunks. Strong, angular and striking, the Foerster Table brings an exotic touch of nature to the home.
Created by German design firm KFF, the Foerster Table is quite standard, apart from this singular aesthetic. It is made out of a solid oak beam, which was salvaged from old timbered houses, and a steel support frame. The metal supports are available in three different colors: black, white and orange. Perfect for both modern and traditional homes, it accommodates the reserved while also appealing to the slightly more eccentric.
