The Flying Trolley concept is genius! How has nobody thought up something like this before? Flight attendants and airline passengers all have their complaints about the usual system of distributing drinks and in-flight meals, and this innovative idea solves them all.
Designers Lee Min and Seongjoo Joh propose the attachment of the trolly to a track on the ceiling, allowing it to glide up and down the aircraft in a way that's significantly less cumbersome for stewards and stewardesses to push. Depending on the size of the airplane, the retracted Flying Trolley could rest at a very generous height to allow for the comfortable passing of people below it when cabin congestion occurs. To assist staff, the cart could be pulled down to bring all beverages and meals within easy reach.
