This small, flexible bike has a curved frame so that it sits comfortably on a person's shoulders, making it easy to take up and down stairs. Everything about its design was made for people who live in apartments and condos -- from its fold-in pedals to its adjustable handlebars.
The 'Corridor Bicycle' was designed by Dutch student, David Roman Lieshout, after living with friends and having to store his bike in the hallway for five months. The pedals and handlebars both swivel 90 degrees to keep everything in a vertical, streamlined design. The curve of the frame also allows it to be hung from a simple, minimalist hook -- making the method of transportation a piece of wall art.
Truly made for the city dweller, the handlebars were even fashioned in a way so that grocery bags can be hung on the front without getting in the way of the peddling or slipping off the sides.Photo Credits: fastcodesign, designboom
