California-based company ElectroBike is developing a folding e-bike that is designed to offer improved performance compared to regular electric bikes on the market by finding a perfect balance between portability and power.
Dubbed the Air-33, this new folding e-bike is powered by a 36-volt battery that promises a range between 40 km and 52 km depending on the model chosen. The battery is designed to be compact and easy to switch out. What's more, this folding e-bike offers versatile performance in that it allows riders to select different modes depending on whether they want to cruise along on battery power or get some pedaling work in themselves.
While some e-bikes offer excellent power at the cost of reduced portable convenience while others are exceptionally lightweight but don't offer great performance, the Air-33 is bidding to achieve true optimization between both requirements.
