Taco Bell's newest fast food drink is the Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast Freeze, now joining others in the icy-slush Freeze family.
Last year, an exclusive citrus punch Mountain Dew flavor was introduced to the Taco Bell chain. Since then, it has become so popular, it's now sold in stores in limited edition cans and bottles. This flavor is also the base of the Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast Freeze, which has a bright berry color for the summer. Although commonly confused with sangria, a sangrita is a non-alcoholic drink that's served as a palate cleanser, which makes it the perfect pairing with any other Taco Bell menu item.
In place of this drink, to make more room for other refreshing summer drinks, Taco Bell is no longer serving its Snapple Lemonade Freeze.
