The Fall/Winter 21 Minimo furniture collection uses the visual appeal of texturally organic forms to evoke the feeling of casual lounging throughout the range. Designer Fernando Cuevas, based in Los Angeles, California, harnessed his love for organic shapes and forms in the Fall/Winter 21 collection.
The range includes a trio of asymmetrical pieces. A bench, a side chair, and a coffee table are each fashioned with soft and sustainably processed materials. Faux sherpa upholstery was used for both the bench and side chair. The forms are kept minimal yet maintain a cozy and approachable appearance. Cuevas aimed to showcase how art and function can work together to create unique styles without sacrificing aspects on either spectrum.
