This is a follow-up to a previous trend that I wrote regarding Japanese eye drops. Here is another brand called NEO's. Also referred to as Eye Crack.... these drops are fantastic! Infused with menthol, they feel like a breath-mint for the eyes. This product will sting a little at first, but after the initial uncomfort, your eyes will feel awake and refreshed!
