8000Kicks and Nisiseltor Studio have revealed new exclusive cannabis-designed sneakers called the Weedo. Bernardo Carreira, the CEO at 8000Kicks, said: "This limited edition shoe is a one-of-a-kind product that showcases our commitment to innovation and client's demand. We believe that this idea will surprise our customers who are looking for a more eccentric pair."
The Weedo is made to celebrate 4/20, a weed-oriented annual holiday on April 20. The sneakers are designed by 8000Kicks and come in a low-top style with white lacing systems, midsole, and sole. The sneakers are constructed with up to 500 grams of premium CBD weed on the uppers, which had to be broken down into small pieces and stitched onto the sneakers. As a result, it took around 30 hours to create. The sneakers are only limited to 100 pairs.
