American architecture studio Gensler created the EVA Park development, which is an apartment complex defined by circular structures that have EV parking towers integrated into it. The project builds towards the larger goal of implementing sustainable technologies in a community-centric residential space. Visuals show that four apartment buildings have cascading roofs with solar panels.
Gensler's principal Oliver Schaper speaks about the design, stating "The EVE Park homes are designed within circular clusters with stepped rooflines that create dynamic spatial experiences between buildings and allow roof-mounted solar panels to optimally harness energy. The circular clusters promote community within a shared courtyard and offer small private outdoor spaces on the outside embedded in a park-like setting, creating a residential experience centred on connection to the outdoors."
