Ervin Esen Shows Us the Misuse of Our Finances

Ervin Esen is a design artist out of London, and his latest project deals with the issue of our culture using money like it is toilet paper.

The title of the Kingston University student’s project is ‘Misspent’ and the images alone drive home the thesis that our money could be used in better ways.

According to Ervin Esen, "In our modern times, almost half of the world -over three billion people- live on less than $2.5 a day. One child out of two lives in poverty." That is a tough pill to swallow when you are complaining about the cost of a cup of coffee.
