Fender's EC Series Eric Clapton Amplifiers Celebrate the Golden Age of Rock

The legendary guitar company Fender has joined forces with the equally venerable Eric Clapton to create the EC Series Eric Clapton Amplifiers. This is a slight departure for the brand and a chance for the company to further expand their acoustic repertoire. The special edition acoustic amplifiers will bear Clapton's signature and logo.

Made with models from the 1950s in mind, Fender has added a throbbing pulse to the Eric Clapton Amplifiers, which disappeared from their products following the 1950s. Crafted using pinewood, the amplifiers sport the retro color combination of gold and brown. The EC Series Eric Clapton Amplifiers are handmade in the U.S. They come equipped with a "special accentuator to reduce speaker output, hand-wired all tube circuitry and premium quality speakers," in order to recreate that iconic velvety tone of the 50s and 60s.

Sure to be on the wish list of any serious Fender fanatic, the EC Series Eric Clapton Amplifiers allow you to jam with the authenticity of a classic rock god.
