The Enlightened Ice Cream Range Now Includes Two New Flavors

The Enlightened ice cream range has been expanded by Beyond Better Foods to offer consumers a way to enjoy a frozen treat in a decidedly more permissibly indulgent manner. The ice cream range now includes the Kookie Dough and Chocolate Caramel Pecan Crunch flavors, which both come in with 130-calories per serving. The light ice cream is packed with lots of sweet textural pieces of chocolate and candy, but contains 70% to 80% less sugar per serving than traditional ice cream.

Founder and CEO Michael Shoretz commented on the new additions to the Enlightened ice cream range saying, "We love to push the boundaries with indulgence and nutrition to make you question how something so delicious could be so low in sugar and I think we accomplished that with these new flavours."
