Made from South American Rosewood and Ebony Macassar, the woody backings don’t sit over top of the phone, but rather, replace the original back. The backing comes equipped with a screwdriver, so it can be snapped onto a phone quickly and easily. The company uses wood veneers as they are more ecologically friendly and resistant to damage and moisture than solid wood.
