Emil Robbrecht Designs Vibrant Sustainable Lamps

Emil Robbrecht is a designer based in Ghent and he is recognized for his playful work and sustainable projects. He uses eco-friendly materials which are further enhanced by progressive 3D-printing technology to bring life to his ideas. His latest work comprises two lamps, the Daner and Big Boa lamps.

Both of these resemble his aesthetic as it is commanding attention in a playful way due to its striking forms despite its smaller size. Both of the lamps have a simple orb-like lamp and the 3D-printed base makes them stand out even more so. The Dancer has a sculptural base and the Big Boa resembles a snake, which it references in its namesake. The head of the lamps represents the light source.
